Yes. The restaurant’s approach to food safety is commendable because it takes the restaurant business seriously.

This is in compliance with its parent company. These are the key points that make up their food safety approach:

Food evaluation and monitoring: The restaurant ensures that all the ingredients pass through the approval stage where they are monitored and evaluated during the cooking process.

This test helps to certify quality assurance.

Restaurant evaluation: RBI audits these restaurants to ensure the records are maintained and customers are well served.

RBI invited third-party auditing companies to visit the restaurants unannounced just to capture the current situations and changes happening there.

Before I delve into talking about the Firehouse Subs gluten free menu, here’s what you need to know.

Firehouse Subs was founded by two brothers who are also American firefighters, Chris and Robin Sorensen. Their occupation was what influenced the name of the restaurant.

The restaurant began in 1994 with headquarters opened in Jacksonville, Florida, United States, and has since expanded to over 2000 locations within and outside the U.S.: Mexico, Canada, and Switzerland.

On the 15th of Nov 2021, Firehouse Subs was bought and now has a parent company called Restaurant Brands International. The Switzerland location came after RBI took over from the brothers.
