She is an avid food photography nut and has participated often in various food photography contests around the web such as DMBLGIT, the oldest running food photography event for bloggers run by Andrew of Spittoon Extra and the Donna Hay Styling and Photography Challenge run by Simone van den Berg of Jungle Frog Cooking. She also actively participates in the Gluten Free Ratio Rally, a monthly recipe development challenge started by Shauna Ahern of Gluten Free Girl.
