It’s gluten free ratio rally time again!  If you aren’t familiar with the event, the gluten free ratio rally is a blogging event where several intrepid gluten free bloggers tackle a new baked good each month by using the ratio method of baking.  Adina of Gluten Free Travelette is our host, and I think bundt […]

I don’t have any childhood memories baking desserts in my grandma’s kitchen.  In fact, I don’t have any memories cooking with my grandma at all.  When I spent time with my grandmother, I remember heating up a can of creamed corn or some Campbell’s soup on the stove, and grilling a bit of chicken on […]

These were supposed to be gluten free chocolate popovers.  Popovers are like muffins but rise more and have more air inside, hence they “pop over” the tin they are baked in.  As you can see, I didn’t quite get all the kinks worked out by the deadline for this month’s ratio rally This month, Mrs. R […]

Today marks another fantastic gluten free ratio rally day – this month, the theme is cookies hosted by the lovely Caroline of The G-Spot Revolution! Cookies, which have been my gluten free baking nemesis for years (along with puff pastry).  Be it complicated macarons or simple chocolate chip, I can never seem to get them […]
