Pan Fried Squash Blossoms filled with creamy Herb Scented Goat Cheese by Sarah of Thyme (used with permission)
Welcome to another summery edition of my naturally gluten free roundup series! I think I can finally say that I am ready for Summer to be over. The past couple days have been a refreshing respite from the summer heat, and in our not so air-conditioned home (as in, not at all), the cool air is totally welcome. During this summer, I have been so thankful for this series that I’ve done here each month, as all of my cooking seems to have gone back to the basics – just good fresh food from simple ingredients. Maybe it’s the heat that keeps me from wanting to do too much baking, or maybe it’s just still adjusting to the newfound structure of life with a baby, that experimenting in the kitchen hasn’t been so high on my list of priorities at the moment. And so, I’m really excited to share this month’s roundup with you!
If you are new to my series, each month I look for naturally gluten free recipes across the interwebs and pick some of my favorites that I think look tasty and share them with you here. The bloggers featured may not all be gluten free, but these particular recipes are, and best of all no crazy ingredients or substitutions are necessary! This month features a good diversity across the board, with a few recipes that might be hinting at the coming fall. So enjoy!

A fabulous roundup!
Cheers,

Thanks Rosa!
Thank you for including my chipotle salmon! I love this round up. That prosciutto wrapped chicken looks fantastic.
Thanks Mary! It looks delicious.
Wow, what a treat to be included, Jenn! You know how I love naturally gluten-free recipes.
Summer always seems to zap my cooking desire in general and especially for anything complicated, and that’s with no baby at home. You are doing great managing all.
I so appreciate these roundups as they really do show gluten-free folks how to cook great gluten-free meals without just looking for a gluten-free label.
Shirley
I love all the round-up. I will look for the recipes.

So funny, I actually had a dream about buying eggplant last night! The Eggplant Gratin looks delicious!
It’s wonderful to have these recipe roundups conveniently at hand. Lots of the dishes are so unique. Thanks very much, Jenn.
I’m loving the slightly cooler weather too even though we didn’t have any summer to speak of. It helps to sleep at night! Great roundup!
Great recipes as usual Jenn! Yummo!
