Slow Roasted Grappa Chicken and Parsnip Fries by Meeta of What's for Lunch Honey (used with permission)
Welcome to the 2nd edition of my naturally gluten free links roundup! February was an awesome month for naturally gluten free recipes appearing on food blogs across the web, it really was hard to pick and choose what I thought were the most interesting ones this month. So this time I’m featuring four recipes from each category instead of three, because there was just so much awesomeness to share.
In case you are not familiar with my monthly meme here, at the end of each month I compile the best and most interesting of naturally GF recipes that I find across various food blogs – the bloggers may not necessarily be GF bloggers, but these particular recipes are – in fact they are naturally gluten free, meaning no alterations are required for a GF person to enjoy these tasty delights. There are no long lists of crazy flours, just simple ingredients that go towards creating yummy food, food that happens to be gluten free – which is, of course, my favorite way of preparing GF food
So check out this month’s links! There were a lot of root vegetables featured this month – from beets to carrots to parsnips to jerusalem artichokes – as well as hearty and warming beans and lentils, bright and wintry citrus, and even some savory chocolate recipes!
