		<description>That looks delicious!  I&#039;m dairy free now so I might have to fry the tortillas before filling since there will be no cheese to hold them together, and I think I will sub olive oil for the butter.    It still sounds great though.

My husband really cannot cook so I&#039;m always impressed by those who do.  :)</description>

I really don&#039;t miss cereals, etc. I&#039;ve gotten used to leftovers and the non-traditional, but delicious foods like these. Although I admit, my husband is not making them for me. ;-)
