I needed a purpose for my carrots and avocados but wondered how to combine them. I had all the ingredients but the nuts & raisins. Instead of of putting the mix in the avocados I sliced them and put them in a ring on a plate around the carrots. I'm a vegetarian newbie and this was really good. Thanks. Amazing!
