		<description>Happy Birthday, Jenn! :-) I&#039;d skip the mint for the peas, but othewise I&#039;m in! When we were first married and living in that old farmhouse I wrote about the other day, we had a tiny range with only two burners working and an equally tiny oven. It meant we had to get creative, but we did okay and those were some good times. Simple meals are usually the best IMHO.
