		<description>LOVE that you tackled both en croutes, and I think your beef wellington looks AMAZING, and is cooked perfectly! (I butchered my own tenderloin, and OY, what a mess..lol).  Your salmon en croute is also perfection, and I wish I made that, but no one likes salmon around here, except me :(  All in all..well done and so mouth watering!</description>

		<description>Bravo! You did an excellent job on both challenge. I have yet to try the beef. I&#039;m lucky that I got to know how to make the pastry from my mom-in-law but ours isn&#039;t gluten free.</description>

No matter how good the taste was, I had to find time to pick myself up and redo it all over again the next day. You have done the same.... Bravo!
