		<description>These are on my &quot;must try&quot; list - as soon as I saw them on Shauna&#039;s site, I knew I&#039;d be trying them soon. You have inspired me to make that happen sooner than later! And I agree - I wish someone would write a book about gluten free baking chemistry. I don&#039;t mind the trial and error process, but it would be great to have a guide!
