		<description>Personally this would be too sweet for me as a breakfast - maybe if the caramel sauce were omitted (but the caramel was one of my favorite parts!).  Maybe a dessert for a brunch would be better.  As for the sparkling grape juice, you&#039;d have to try it.  Sparkling juice has a different taste than champagne, and in this dessert the champagne flavor was subtle, but unmistakeable.</description>
