		<description>I made this tonight for my parents and it was really delicious. I usually hate being asked to make salads for dinner since they&#039;re usually so boring, but I actually volunteered to make this! haha. Like others, I used feta cheese in this and I thought that was a good choice. I also added some extra herbs (I&#039;m not sure which ones, they were all mixed together). To add a little more crunch to this dish, I put some walnuts at the bottom of the boat and it really made it even more delicious!
