I picked Rigsby’s Kitchen*
. My husband and I go there for anniversaries, etc., it’s our special place, with fantastic food, wine and staff, and he can usually order something without too many GF issues. Of course there have been some times we’ve eaten there when he’s decided it’s worth the benadryl and feeling awful for the next few days….like when I ordered a phyllo wrapped cheesecake slice for dessert….he just had to have it too
He figures once a year or so of feeling awful is worth it if it’s for the right food….
Now there is a food I don’t think I would ever know how to recreate gluten free. Anyone ever tried making GF phyllo?
