Avocado and Tomato Salad

I love making this salad, it always makes me think of summer.  And even though it’s not quite summer yet, avocados and tomatoes were on sale this week (I know, not the greenest of me, but it was very budget friendly of me) and I felt like making it!

This looks amazing. I just put a recipe for guacamole on my blog today. Looks like I am not the only one who was craving avocados.

That looks delicious. I make a similar version that I add a ton of basil to – it is the only way I can get the kiddos to eat raw tomatoes! What a beautiful picture of a perfect summer salad!
