		<description>Very appealing picture!  Great minds think alike!  LOL!  Spring just screams for quiche, doesn&#039;t it?  Especially with the newly green seasonal goods like asparagus, chives, chervil.....  I tell myself that goat milk/products are better for me than bovine/cow, and goats are cuter, in my personal opinion.

Try my crust recipe and see how it works for you.  I should have chilled it, then rolled it out as you did.....but sometimes, I&#039;m impatient.
