Sorry the pic isn’t that awesome, I just had to share about creamed spinach.
This is my absolute FAVORITE way to make spinach (and eat it too!!). Totally not low fat or low calorie, but SOOO good. Special note – use LITTLE bowls, because other wise you will eat way more calories than you should!!
There are plenty of recipes online, but this basic one does the trick. I did use 2% milk instead of whole. And that worked just fine. I also mix in some grated parmesean cheese too.
