Good Use of Prosciutto

Prosciutto wrapped scallops! mmmm

garlic and basil in a wine reduction cream sauce make the perfect compliment to pan seared proscuitto wrapped scallops. I love seafood, and scallops are possibly my favorite shellfish ever.

Hmm, I think I need to include photos with my food endeavors…
