Bread Tastes Better Fresh

Warning – this post is not gluten free!

An easy bread to make (i.e. no kneading required and short rising time and I’ve had success every time) is focaccia bread – I like to eat mine with a plate of olive oil and salt and pepper and roasted garlic cloves. Sooo good!
