1 chopped head romaine lettuce
1 finely chopped apple
3 slices proscuitto chopped
grated asiago cheese
oil and red wine vinegar salt and pepper dressing
the prosciutto gives it that rich salty taste, the apple keeps it sweet, and the total calories are quite minimal! (well, depends on how much olive oil and cheese you use)
