Warning – this post is not gluten free!
This was my lunch today..
3/4 c. whole wheat pasta cooked al dente
mash up 2 cloves of roasted garlic (i always roast enough garlic to have some on hand) with some olive oil
a little bit of chopped basil
some choppped pieces of sauteed leftover prosciutto (which I always seem to have in my fridge also haha)
grate some parmasean cheese
put it all together and its fantastic flavor in a very simple lunch!
